Dr. Darla
Nageswara Rao (Born 12 January,
1959) of Hyderabad, Telangana, produced a map of India with only the word
"India" manually written all across using Gel pen and water colors of
red, blue, black and green. He wrote the name of our country 36,668 times on a
65x90 cms drawing sheet using six point sized lettering which held a total of
356 rows with the country's name being reproduces 103 times in each row. For
this momentous feat, which took him 320 hours to create, India
bestows Dr. Darla Nageswara Rao, the record title for the highest number
of word used to create a map of a country.
